So we had a really amazing weekend. Probably not as exciting as Kristi Marie and Preston, but for Eastern WA, this is as good as it gets.
LOTS O' LOVE
Thursday was Chad and mine's 11th anniversary. He surprised me with roses and a pink, frilly froo-froo card. And later that evening we went to a legit steakhouse...Outback will never cut it again!!
HIKING SPOKANE RIVER
On Friday, Chad was able to sneak out of the hospital by 2:00 PM, so we packed up the kiddos and some snacks and went hiking along the Spokane river. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely revitalizing.
Chad and Lexi Cutie checking out the view!
Don't fall in Zane!
You know boys and their guns...
Ooo la la!
What a bunch of troopers!!
SILVERWOOD
On Saturday, to celebrate our "Family Birthday" and also Zane's, we decided to surprise the kids by taking them to Silverwood in Idaho. It's no Disneyland, but it was a lot of fun. Lots of rides and we tried to hit them all despite the record breaking crowds.
Zane and Lexi waiting for their turn on a HUGE wooden roller coaster. They loved it. I think I will need my back adjusted though!
Nixon, our crazy lil' animal!
The Three Amigos!
Wahoo Nixon!
Lucky in love...
I look like I have a giraffe neck in this pic and Nixon's got tiger teeth.
Whew! Lots of fun and the kiddos even slept in this morning!
