This past week has been INSANE!! Ahhhh! That's all I can really say. Ahhh!! Ok I guess I should write a bit more than that. After getting home from AZ last Thursday the kids and I finally got to spend a day with Chad after three long weeks. Sunday, after hittin up another day church by myself with the kids, (Chad's had to work Sundays the past month.) the bishop asked if he could speak with Chad and I. I automatically thought, "Ha! Chad's getting a new calling!" (For those of my peeps who don't know what a calling is, it's kinda like your job in our church. No paid clergy, so everyone tries to volunteer or be volunteered (; ) Yah, wrong! I have a new calling, but you'll have to wait your sweet time until I'm sustained to know what it is. Let's just say, this blog will probably be updated on a bi-yearly basis, so I'm working one big post to hold everyone over for a while. I also have been watching Chris and Carlie's kids for the past few days and as AWESOME as they have all been, I just do not know how my mom did 6 kids. I'd like to take breath now!! My respect for you, Mom... yah, there's a lot of it.

Beth - can I guess what your new calling is? My guess is Primary President (maybe the bishop saw the amazing skills you had making that cute turkey!). I don't know how you do Sundays alone with 3 little ones let alone watching 6 kids - hang in there!! :)
I'm excited to hear what your new calling is... :)
